These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlove16 ("we," "us," or "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the phlove16 website or mobile application, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using phlove16 and, if applicable, close your account. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and maintain an account on phlove16, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing phlove16 from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of phlove16, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from phlove16 or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

phlove16 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by phlove16 may result in account suspension pending verification.

Each eligible person may register only one account on phlove16. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must promptly update any details that change. phlove16 shall not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from inaccurate account information provided by you.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you accept full responsibility for all such activity.

• Notify phlove16 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available for additional account security.
• Never access your phlove16 account from a shared or public device without logging out completely after each session.

All financial transactions on phlove16 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). phlove16 supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank, subject to the minimum and maximum transaction limits published on the platform at the time of the transaction.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your phlove16 account upon confirmation of receipt by the platform. phlove16 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible. Withdrawals may only be made to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player. phlove16 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

• Minimum deposit and withdrawal amounts are published on the platform and may be updated from time to time.
• phlove16 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within one business day. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank may take up to three business days.
• phlove16 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification or investigation of suspected fraudulent activity.

phlove16 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion, which form part of these Terms by reference.

General bonus conditions applicable to all phlove16 promotions include the following:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed account registration and, where required, identity verification.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be transferred to the withdrawable balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the expiry of the validity period will be forfeited.
• phlove16 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or where required by regulatory obligations.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash outside of the applicable wagering requirements.

Players who are found to have abused the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

All games available on phlove16 — including Lottery, God Fish Slicing, Genie's 3 Wishes, Deuces Wild, Money Coming, Dino Hunter, and all Exclusive titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Game outcomes are determined independently and cannot be influenced by phlove16, its staff, or any player.

The theoretical Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are published within the game information section of the platform. These figures represent long-term statistical averages and do not guarantee specific outcomes for individual play sessions.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be voided and any wager placed will be returned to the player's account.
• Game results displayed on the phlove16 platform are final. In the event of a discrepancy between the result displayed on a player's device and the result recorded on phlove16's servers, the server record shall prevail.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or automated play systems.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on phlove16 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. phlove16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account found to have engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance held in such an account where permitted by applicable law:

• Registering more than one account on phlove16.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using a payment method that does not belong to you or that has been obtained fraudulently.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are not valid and will be voided.
• Engaging in any activity that constitutes money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal offence under Philippine law.
• Accessing phlove16 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to your account by any third party, including family members.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward phlove16 staff or other players.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit into your phlove16 account.

All content on the phlove16 platform — including but not limited to the phlove16 name and logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the platform — is the exclusive property of phlove16 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the phlove16 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from phlove16 without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on phlove16 content.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software used in connection with the platform.
• Use any phlove16 trademark, logo, or brand element in any manner without prior written authorisation.

Any unauthorised use of phlove16 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on phlove16 infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 15.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, phlove16 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

phlove16 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability and to notify users of scheduled maintenance periods in advance.

In no event shall phlove16's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform exceed the total amount deposited by you into your phlove16 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

phlove16 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on phlove16, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

phlove16 implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and phlove16 cannot guarantee absolute data security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by phlove16, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team using the details in Section 15.

phlove16 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of phlove16 following the publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.

You may close your phlove16 account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any withdrawable balance remaining in your account will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any applicable identity verification and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to the balance.

phlove16 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to satisfy eligibility requirements, including age verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other criminal conduct.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the account holder.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority.

Where an account is closed by phlove16 due to a breach of these Terms, phlove16 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account to the extent permitted by applicable law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of phlove16, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting phlove16 customer support. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
